The company formed in 1990 as a sole proprietorship and then changed to a corporation in 1993. Headquartered in Danville, CIMS maintains a fully staffed office consisting of Community Association Managers, Customer Service Professionals, a full service Accounting Department, a maintenance team, and an Escrow Department. CIMS also has an office in San Mateo to better service our increasing client base along the Highway 101 & 280 corridors.

This team consists of a Community Association Manager, Customer Service professional, and Accounting Department professional. This team approach allows for multiple client contact points and constant communication throughout our office to ensure the highest level of service in the industry. Technology Solutions For HOA Management
We feel we are an industry leader when it comes to leveraging technology to support servicing our clients and managing our business. We've invested heavily in technology and utilize Jenark, a state of the art, industry specific software system that provides the infrastructure to our business. Jenark allows us to issue and track work orders, generate violation letters, manage vendors, and track and maintain historical records of all correspondence with our customers in electronic format. In addition, we recognize the frustration of trying to reach a live person to talk with when you or a homeowner calls its HOA management company. CIMS is properly staffed for the number communities we manage, and when you call CIMS during business hours, you are always able to reach a live person. All of our employees have e-mail and high-speed internet access, and each of our Community Association Managers carries a cellular phone and has remote access to e-mail.
