Community specific web sites allow homeowners to view not only CIMS Management Company information and/or specific Community information in real time but also:
Balance & accounts receivable history
Unit violation history on their soecific address
Property address maintenance history
Ability to submit a maintenance request or community related question online and receive a return e-mail acknowledgement of receipt
Ability to submit Architectural Change request online
Ability for owners to make definable file maintenance database changes to CIMS Management Database
Provides vendors Web access to check payment status
HOA Mailings
Direct mailings to all community members. Most of our mailings go to both owner and tenant to assure everyone is informed on the news of the community.
Community Homeowners Directories
Distribution of Owner Directories (if approved by the Board). Only those residents that want to be included in the directory are.
HOA Rules and Regulations
Formation of Rules and Regulations booklet that is updated annually and mailed to all owners and tenants.
HOA Bulletin Boards
Glass enclosed, locked bulletin boards inside the community in a central location for approved postings.
HOA Newsletters
Regular newsletters to include community notices, re-caps from previous board meetings, seasonal articles, announcements, committee reports, etc.
